Here goes!

I have seen blogs from a few friends of mine now that document their lives and specifically there adventures in training for different events. Many of them have told me how blogging their day to day activities keeps them on track and keeps them in a positive rhythm. So hey.....I'm up for trying just about anything :) I feel like I want to start writing about my past and what I've done so far so whoever decides to read this knows about me. But I think it's best for me to start from today and just work my way forward. Bit by bit I'm sure you'll hear about my past events anyway :)


I'm not into running/biking outside when it's cold and so my workouts have all been indoors since October. Except for a few runs with my girl friends from TNT. Today I'm using my lunch break to go do some cardio. Did 1/2 hour on the bike and nearly finished the book "Eat, Pray, Love" so I can finally get it back to Dana :) Then another 1/2 hour on the elliptical and catching up on my latest Oxygen magazine. I did about 15 minutes of core but I needed to get back home and back to work. Strength training will be more tomorrow in my Power Yoga class

Kris, your blog is awesome. You have two great starting entries, the design is awesome, and you have some great pics. I like how you stagger them inline with the text. I can't wait to read about your training adventures in future articles.

And don't worry about that winter running. I'll be more than happy to get you out there. Just think how fun it'll be exploring new places.
