Splash and Dash v1.0 was an interesting and fun experience so we came back for more. This time the weather was a bit better and Curt was happy that we doubled the field from 7 to 14 participants :)
Steve in a Speedo was there along with his wife Pharmie. Check out his blog for a good write up of the event.

Mark and I had a good time. We both managed to decrease our times from v1.0. I went from 8: something miles to 7: something. Yay :) Weather was much better this time so that may have helped. The swim is still so short that any type of technique goes out the window.
Here are the results. You can go to the Gear West Bike and Tri site here for a bigger image.

So that's all for Splash and Dash for 2009. Hopefully it will be back around next year! Thanks to Curt and Hannah and any other GW people that helped make this event happen.!!

Hi Everybody!
i've been trying to figure out a place to start the acai berry free trial an was just wondering if anybody had any opinions on whether or not it works to lose weight? So far here is the 1 article I've been able to come across that seemed realistic for what my goals are. Opinions?
