Well believe it or not I'm still sick. Not so much the sniffling but a sore throat and nearly losing my voice. Sinuses are pretty plugged too so my workouts still won't be to 100%. Again I had to opt out of swimming this morning but got into the gym over lunch and did lower body strength training. Was contemplating doing upper too but my time started to run short so that will be tomorrow.
Looking to register for two more races this week. Lake Mtka 1/2 marathon and St. Paul Inline marathon. I really hesitated on the Inline marathon because it falls on the weekend one week after my 1/2 IM and one week before an Olympic Tri. Wasn't sure if I'd be hurting sticking this one in their but my trainer seems to think I'd be fine and the more I think about it, I'm sure I will be.
